The illuminated distance provided by the fog lights remains the same as the truck’s headlights. I plan to change this in the future. There is absolutelly no downside (at least in game) to keep the lowbeams on all all times. Do this, and you'll never have to worry about any headlight offenses. Of course, switch to highbeams when you can't see a damn thing outside, but turn it off when on country roads and with traffic approaching you. #4. ATS Headlight Usage Offence. I always drive with the running lights (parking lights? The first notch of the lights anyway, not the low beams and not completely off) on during the day. I haven't played in about a year, and now when I drive in the middle of the day in perfect weather with the running lights on I get fined for Headlight Usage.
